Privacy & How This Works
A plain-language explanation of what happens when you use pdf.com.ph.
Your PDF is read by the browser you're using right now. The compression logic is JavaScript running on your own device — not on any server we control. Once your browser finishes the work, it hands you the compressed file through a standard download prompt. None of it is ever sent anywhere.
Step 1
You pick a file
Drag, drop, or click. The browser reads the PDF locally.
Step 2
Your browser compresses it
All code runs on your device — no server round-trip.
Step 3
You download the result
A new file is generated in-memory and offered as a download.
What we collect
Anonymous aggregate page views via Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not store any personally identifying data. We can see things like "47 people visited the SEC page today" and nothing else.
What we do not collect
- Your files or file contents
- Filenames or page counts
- Email addresses or account info
- IP-address-linked records
- Anything else that could identify you
